Soon after I turned 30, and on a quiet day, I started to think about some of the things which defined me: my education, who I work for, where I live and my favourite colour*. As the days ticked over I realised that the things I seemed to be spending most of my time doing, weren’t the things I enjoyed the most.
So I made a decision to seize control from the tyranny of the daily grind and create SHABAJO – a place dedicated to celebrating the things which make me, me, by capturing the bits of the world, and my life, which I like!
SHABAJO is many things, part travel blog, part showcase of my photography, part somewhere to share the things I’ve made and also a forum to exchange ideas. Delve in, have a look around, and get in touch if SHABAJO inspires you.
*Incidentally I’m a law graduate, working as a project manager, and I can’t get enough of turquoise.
